2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
Returns and exchanges from the boutique will be fully refunded within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days all sales are final for hygienic reasons. Please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, informing the boutique if you would like to make a return or exchange.
If your waist beads happen to break or snap, you may return them for a free repair. Please email the boutique prior to returning to discuss repair. Waist Beads by Sewra™ only repairs our own waist beads. Customer pays $15 for domestic return shipping.
Orders needing a larger adjustment will be charged for labor and material, as well as an additional shipping charge. For instructions on how to measure yourself, please visit "Measuring Yourself" on the help page at The Waist Beads Boutique.
Adjustments to be made smaller are of FREE of charge. The customer pays $15 for domestic return shipping. International return shipping charges are $40.

|When will my order ship?|
|Each waist bead order is handmade and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
