Carnelian is one of my favorite stones. The coloring of it is simply beautiful and the striations of the milker toned beads are mesmerizing.

Carnelian represents confidence, boldness, initiative, and assertiveness. It is the stone of passion and sexuality and is associated with the Sacral/Spleen Chakra. Carnelian is one of the most helpful crystals for healing trauma, stress and emotional wounds. It is also one of the best stones for fertility issues.

Carnelian should be cleaned under lukewarm water once a month and charged in the sun for 24 hours. Crystals react and energize by the light of the moon. The fuller the moon the more energized your crystal becomes. It's recommend to clean your stones on or near the full moon so that the light can absorb into your crystal.
