How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?

How much is my shipping?
  SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped out of New York City.

All DOMESTIC orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with signature confirmation. Delivery is 2 to 5 business days We ship to all 50 US states, Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. To track your package, log onto www.USPS.com, and enter your tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery or for packages that have been signed for and not properly delivered.

All INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL with signature confirmation. Delivery is 3 to 5 business days.  We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery or for packages that have been signed for and not properly delivered and/or packages that are lost/stolen/held up in customs.  We are not responsible nor control custom fees imposed by your home country.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 

RETURN POLICY:

Returns and exchanges from the boutique will be fully refunded within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days all sales are final. Please send an email to: boutique@waistbeads.com, informing the boutique if you would like to make a return or exchange. If your waist beads happen to break or snap you may return them for a free repair. Please email the boutique prior to returning to discuss repair. Waist Beads by Sewra only repairs our own waist beads.

ADJUSTMENTS:

Please measure yourself correctly. Orders that need a larger adjustment will be charged for labor and material, as well as an additional shipping charge. For instructions on how to measure yourself, please visit "Measuring Yourself" on the help page at The Waist Beads Boutique.

Adjustments to be made smaller are free of charge. Customer pays $8 for domestic return shipping.

When will my order ship?
  Because each piece is handmade, all waist bead and bracelet orders can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete.

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
